1 year Dr check

Poor girl got 4 shots and a flu vaccine today:( She only cried for a few minutes and is now peacefully napping away!

Emerson is now drinking whole milk, and eating everything in sight! Pizza is her absolute favorite, she eats as much as an adult! Doc said weight gain will slow down these days since she has gotten more active!

A year ago Emerson came into our lives, and we have enjoyed every second of it! We can't imagine life without her in it! We didn't do a whole lot on her bday, but as soon as she can walk, we are headed to Chuck E Cheese!

Cake

I decided to make Emerson's 1st birthday cake! I ordered the Mega Cupcake mold, and did 1 test run. It turned out alright, could have been worse! I made her strawberry cake with Vanilla icing, she more liked the icing!

Pumpkin Patch

John and I took Emerson to a very fun pumpkin patch! We looked at all sorts of pumpkins, went on a hay ride, ate some hay, and fussed a little! She was a little scared at first, but by the end of the day, she was having fun!

We had a great time! Almost time to print this blog out into a book so Emerson can look back at her 1st year of life!
