Lindsey & Nick

My cousin that I was closest with growing up got married this past week in Colorado. Emerson and I were so happy we were able to attend! It was a beautiful wedding near the Colorado State University campus. While we were there we got to see lots of aunts and uncles and cousins that we don't get to see very much! We spent most of our time at my aunt Kay's in Golden, we went to Mt Evans one day for a short hike and lunch on the top, then we drove to Littleton for a crazy dinner (the kids were crazy) at Cousin Dave and Julie's and their son Joshua, they live a few blocks from Columbine, very creepy driving by. Emerson played very hard with her 2 cousins Joshua, 3 and Anthony, 4. She tried so hard to keep up with them! The last day we went to the mall before our flights and cousin Dave let all the kids build animals at build a bear because they all have October birthdays! Then we went to the park to get some energy out before our flight back home. We had a really great time, and I actually found myself bored some of the time because of all the attention Em was getting from everyone else! We hope to see everyone at the ski trip in March, where Em will have her 1st ski lesson! Yahoo! Congrats to Lindsey and Nick!

Next up: Emerson's 2nd birthday party in 2 weeks! Can't wait to celebrate in Candyland!
