Last week of summer

one night all the older girls in the hood showed up to see if Emerson could play. We were in the hot tub so they all ran home and grabbed their suits and we had an unexpected pool party!

Madison is SO happy her time to be on the squad has come!! She's on the 3rd grade squad and doing amazing!

This girl has really made me proud this year. Finally out grown her whining stage of being hot, not wanting to practice etc. I think she's ready for something harder in cheer next year!










got to spend a day alone with Maddy while Emerson went with Kendall


when you find out your best friend isn't in class with you. Sweet girl, it's hard. But they meet at recess every day and so far have remained as close as ever

Last Day

TV screens on the chairs were amazing. We all got to pick our own movie and everyone was a happy camper !



couldn't leave without saying goodbye to Shellman. The 2 we saw the most were tag 11 and tag 13. If we ever go back I hope to see them again!



My favorite was when he came up for air. Look at that cute little head!!

More Mexico

Maddy could jump waves all day long. She did it by herself for a good hour!






ran into some Macaws on the pool deck



a storm rolled in and we went under a covered place for 30 or so minutes and Maddy passed out!















any trip we go on Maddy cheers' every single time we get a drink. We laugh about it!

our last dinner we decided to eat the buffet and it just so happened to be a Mexican party theme night! It was really fun and delicious

we had to laugh-sent Maddy to get dinner and this is what she brought back. A roll, gummy bears and marshmallows











and a LEMUR!!!!! that was so exciting.



The girls picked these for their souvineer the last night. A guy spray painted these in front of us. It was incredible to watch. We had to support him!
