We just had Madison's first dance recital ! Dance recital day is so long and exhausting but I truly love it! Watching them perform is everything. They've asked to do multiple activities this year and I think we're going to let them! We love to watch them do what they enjoy doing ! Madison did a tap dance to spoonful of sugar, it was so adorable! When they were waiting for the music to start she kept yelling "hi momma", melt my heart! Emerson was so proud of Maddy too, it was cute to hear her cheering her on and saying how cute Maddy looked!

front row seats for dress rehersal (which is essentially the recital, I get my recording out of the way here so I can enjoy the recital later). They hold rehersal same day as recital and I actually like it this way although it makes for a long day
