My littlest Valentine

Holidays are extra fun with Emerson. On Monday we had a Valentines party with our friends and on Valentines she got a little bag of goodies from mom and dad and a yummy cupcake! Emerson also got a package in the mail from cousin Logan and Uncle Chris and Aunt Biv! And we made a special card for daddy! John and I didn't do much, just cooked some veggies and shrimp on the grill and relaxed together. It's fun making the holidays all about Emerson and less about us!

Natalie brought all the kids balloons and on Valentines morning when I got out of the shower, Emerson had tucked it under Hanks leg, guess he is her Valentine:) Hank is deathly afraid of balloons so I'm not sure how she managed this..

Also got a Minnie Mouse chap stick...chap stick is her new obsession.

New Bed

I recently bought Emerson a full size bed and this past weekend we re painted her room and put it together. We ended up having to re arrange everything in her room, but I love the way it turned out. I need new curtains so I'll post the new room later, but here's her bed! She looks so tiny in it compared to her toddler bed:(

Good booooy

Emerson loves Hank more than anything. All day long she asks him what he's doing, shows him where his water is, says come on buddy, get up here buddy, lee lou buddy, and cuuuuuute. I love that she loves him as much as we do:) Melts my heart watching her play with him like he's a human friend, haha!
